Here Grace! / 8:37 AM

As mentioned on your card, I'd dedicate an entire blog post to you.
Just for today, it is Grace's Day. LOL.
Just in case no one knows what I am talking about, i'm referring to Grace Chan.

Happy 19th Birthday! You're seriously old.
And you thought I would forget right? NO!
I wanted to give you a surprise by being probably the last person to wish you a happy birthday.
Everyone always fights to be the first but I'm special and so I'd fight for the last. LOL.

Well, first and foremost, please act like a University student! LOL. No offences yo.
And don't "HUH?" me either. LOL.
Durians for you. Perhaps you should start spiking your hair to match your favourite. LOL.
Eh, remember the airport study trips yo.
And and and say hi to little Barry for me. I will dress him up again one day. Haha.

Nah, here you go. Your very own birthday post
So happy Grace's Day on my blog! Haha, OKAY CAN!

Get to know yourself better. / 1:23 AM

I just found this really interesting. Hahaha.

Your view on yourself:

You are down-to-earth and people like you because you are so straightforward. You are an efficient problem solver because you will listen to both sides of an argument before making a decision that usually appeals to both parties.

The type of girlfriend/boyfriend you are looking for:

You are a true romantic. When you are in love, you will do anything and everything to keep your love true.

Your readiness to commit to a relationship:

You are ready to commit as soon as you meet the right person. And you believe you will pretty much know as soon as you might that person.

The seriousness of your love:

You like to flirt and behave seductively. The opposite sex finds this very attractive, and that's why you'll always have admirers hanging off your arms. But how serious are you about choosing someone to be in a relationship with?

Your views on education

You may not like to study but you have many practical ideas. You listen to your own instincts and tend to follow your heart, so you will probably end up with an unusual job.

The right job for you:

You have plenty of dream jobs but have little chance of doing any of them if you don't focus on something in particular. You need to choose something and go for it to be happy and achieve success.

How do you view success:

You are afraid of failure and scared to have a go at the career you would like to have in case you don't succeed. Don't give up when you haven't yet even started! Be courageous.

What are you most afraid of:

You are concerned about your image and the way others see you. This means that you try very hard to be accepted by other people. It's time for you to believe in who you are, not what you wear.

Who is your true self:

You are mature, reasonable, honest and give good advice. People ask for your comments on all sorts of different issues. Sometimes you might find yourself in a dilemma when trapped with a problem, which your heart rather than your head needs to solve.

There is like contradiction in the love part yo. Interesting. LOL.

LOL. / 12:35 AM

Hello to everyone who said that my blog is dead. It isn't. Haha.

Anyway, I just want to share something that I thought was very meaningful. This was what I learnt Rev. Dr. A.R. Bernard. Awesome really.

Every Relationship begins with a "Revelation".
With that "Revelation" comes "Inspiration".
Which brings about something called the "Expulsive power of a new attraction".
Just in case you do not know what I am talking about, this expulsive power of a new attraction can refer to many things in our lives. For example, the excitement one gets after buying a new phone, or a new girl/ guy that one has taken a liking to.
What happens here is that you are very attracted to this new thing or object or whatever it is.
It is like what Rev. said, you are always looking at it, taking care of it etc.
The next step that occurs naturally would then be the "Formalisation" of the relationship.
To put it to terms, it is something like being formally attached to someone else like how couples get together in a relationship., i.e. BGR.
If there is enough power in the relationship, there would be "Instututionalisation" of the relationship.
Something like marraige I suppose.
However over time, "Crystalisation" can come into the picture, where the thrill is no longer there, where the heart grows cold and affection dies down.
What happened here?
Did we lose our love and affection for what took away our breath in the first place?
The answer is "NO"!
We did not lose it, we just LEFT it.
And the good news is that we can find it back or return to it.
Chase away the coldness in one's heart and think back to the times when the affection came.
Ultimately, we are to always pursue a new revelation with whatever thing that caught our attention in order to protect ourselves from the dreaded "Crystalisation".

You know, this can apply to many areas in our lives. Be it a new top or a relationship. A toy once lost can still be found but can the same be said for a relationship? Perhaps but isn't it better not to take the chance and risk losing what matters to us?
Afterall, I do not want to live in regret all the time.
